1. Introduction

2. Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it is processed and downloaded. Once your ebook download has begun, cancellation is generally not possible due to the digital format.

3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are granted only under the following circumstances:

• Technical issues preventing you from accessing or downloading the ebook

• Duplicate charges or payment errors

• Unauthorized purchases (after verification)

4. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact support within 7 days of purchase, providing order details and reason for the request. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Exclusions
Refunds are not granted for:

• Change of mind

• Partial reading or download of the ebook

• Compatibility issues with your device
